ANNOUNCEMENT, February, 2018: I am very excited to announce I will be cycling and fundraising for the amazing Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation (ACHF) this summer!! All fundraising will be allocated to mental health funding to help children, youth and familiesi. This includes the very important work the ACHF and Alberta Children’s Hospital is doing to support  and implement world-class research, treatment and family support for families facing an incredibly difficult journey.

Please visit my secure fundraising page at Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation. I am looking to raise $15,000+, 100% of which goes to ACHF – Mental Health. Thank you so much for anything you can donate, no matter how big or small.

I am also currently working on a fundraising plan for all dollars fundraised in Saskatchewan to support a children’s health charity there!

This journey is to honour and support families with children facing serious illness, as well as to advocate for families who sometimes have to travel to large centres, neighbouring provinces, as well as across international borders to seek long-term treatment for their children.

This will be a 7 – 8 day self supported cycling tour (plus camping) that takes me about 1,400+ km from Calgary to Waterton Park – Milk River – Medicine Hat – Leader (Sk) – Outlook – Saskatoon – Prince Albert – Shellbrook – Emma Lake (I’ll be relaxing with the family at Emma Lake for a few days following the ride)! Below are some route maps from RideWithGPS for the overall route and the daily route plans.
