Prince Albert Family Room Fundraiser (for Ronald McDonald House Charities – Saskatchewan)
$10 provides a House with a new book for the House library or a family with gift cards.
$25 provides a family breakfast before they head to the hospital.
$177 provides a family with a bedroom for one night.
NEWS TO SHARE!! – As part of my “Minds Matter 2018 Tour” from Calgary to Emma Lake, Saskatchewan, I am very excited to be fundraising in the lead-up to my ride, during my ride, and for the remainder of the year, for the Family Room at the Prince Albert – Victoria Hospital. This amazing facility is made possible by the Ronald McDonald House Charities – Saskatchewan (RMHC-SK).
This fundraising initiative is inspired by my love of Saskatchewan, summers spent at Emma Lake with the extended familty and, most importantly, the continued journey of the family of a young boy (Mason) I was blessed to meet in 2016 and 2017 during the National Kids Cancer Ride.
This family has done so much for the Family Room at the Victoria Hospital, which supports children with serious illnesses from Prince Albert and small towns and communities throughout Central and Northern Saskatchewan.
The facility is entirely run by kind generosity of donors such as you. In my short discussions with the RMHC-SK, I have found this to be an outstanding non-profit organization making the impossible possible for many families.
