Maintaining the security of your private information through the use of my web site is an important concern. I take the protection of your personal data very seriously. All online fundraising is managed through the secure fundraising site provided by the beneficiary organization, and in accordance with their privacy policy. I will also ensure the privacy of children and families is protected at all times during my fundraising endeavours.

Collection and processing of personal data
I only collect the personal data you provide if you submit a query through my ‘Contact Me’ page (name and e-mail address). This data will not be provided for use by third parties in any form whatsoever, unless I am legally required to do so. All online fundraising is managed through the secure fundraising site provided by the beneficiary organization, and in accordance with their strict policies for managing security and personal data.

Use of Cookies
Cookies are identifiers that my web-server could send to your computer in order to identify the computer being used for the duration of the session. Most browsers are set-up to accept these Cookies automatically. My site uses cookies to recognize you when you return to my website. This is only used for the purposes of creating a more seamless visit for you by remembering your preferences from your previous visit. You can deactivate the storing of cookies at any time or adjust your browser to inform you before the Cookie is stored on your computer.

Child and Family Privacy
As I am fundraising to support child health and wellness and in light of the importance of protecting children’s privacy, I will not collect, process or use on my website, or any of my social media, any information relating to an individual whom I know to be under 16 years old without the prior, verifiable consent of his or her legal representative. Such legal representative has the right, upon request, to view the information provided by them or the child and/or to require that it be deleted.

There may be occaional changes required for this Privacy Statement. I retain the right to make changes when necessary.
